I figure it has been a while since, I last posted, so I update everyone on what is going on.
In the past month I have been very busy. I participated in a disc golf tournament put on by church, Compass Church, and my very good friend, Steve Carson. I placed in the top ten, not bad for me, since I’ve never really took part in tournament play before. It was a lot of fun, I brought my son out for the final day of the 5 week event. The 2 courses that we played at were WSU Vancouver, and Glenwood DGC, all here in Clark County.
Vancouver Clark Disc Golf is working on getting a public course here in Vancouver, WA. The park that Vancouver Park and Rec is looking at is Leverich Park, just off I-5 and ST 500, off 39th ST. In December, we are having a temp course laid out at the park. You can find out more info at vcdg.org.
