A few weeks ago we noticed that our neighbors were moving stuff out of their garage, and soon they were moving everything out.
Yesterday, as my wife and I were out cleaning up some of the leaves that have piled up around the house and general cleaning up, the owner of the house next door was helping the people finish moving stuff out. He came over to us and asked if we knew the owner of our house. Of course we said that we owned it, and we started talking about the view from our house, and some other small talk.
We then asked him if he was going to sell the house, and he said well he was thinking about it, it is about 696 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. A perfect house for my mother-in-law to live in when she moves up here. If things work out, we may be able to buy the house. It needs some work, things need to be updated, such as heat, carpets and such.
